Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

 We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

Cancellations by the Customer

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed /approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount in the form of Store credit. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.

Process of Cancellation

 

You can cancel your delivery before it is dispatched from our warehouse:

 

By phone: Just call our contact centre on 011-46696200 and we’ll discuss the cancellation with you and whether you’d prefer to have an alternative product sent to you, or a refund in form of store credit.

 

Refund: 

For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or EMI, you will receive a refund in your Unistyleimage eStore Cashback wallet account within 72 hours after your order has been cancelled.

If you have made your payment using a Credit Card, Debit Card, net banking or EMI and would like a refund to your bank account, please get in touch with our customer support team.

 

Returns Policy

Returns can be accepted because of following 3 reasons –

a)     Return due to - Changed of mind

b)    Return due to - The product is faulty

c)     Return due to - The product is damaged

 

a)     Return due to - Changed of mind

 

If you change your mind and would like to return your product, we're happy to exchange or refund it as long as:

 

If it is within 7 working days* from the day of delivery:

 

·         Following Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them

·         Your return is within the above time frames and you have proof of purchase (receipt, delivery note, bank statement)

·         The goods are in 'as new' condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging along with accessories and free gifts received with it

·         The product has not have been used or installed or had any data inputted. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them

 

*Working days means all days other than Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

 

If it is over 7 working days* from the day of delivery:

·         The product is in it’s original unopened and sealed packaging

·         You return it within 21 days of delivery date

·         You have proof of purchase (Receipt, delivery note, bank statement)

How do I return my product?

 

There are two ways you can return your purchase:

 

1. Online: Via the Contact Us facility on the Customer Services page

2. Phone: By calling our Contact Centre on 011-46696200 with your order reference number and delivery details to hand

b)    Return due to – Product is Faulty

 

Should you suspect a fault with your product, you can:

 

·         Read the troubleshooting section of the product manual as it may be a common problem that can be easily resolved

·         Call our contact centre on 011-46696200  and depending on the product, we may be able to help you solve the problem over the phone

 

If the problem can't be resolved:

 

Don’t worry, if your product develops a fault within 48 hours, we’ll always offer you the choice of an exchange or full refund, provided you have proof of purchase (receipt, delivery note, bank statement).

 

Most products come with at least a 1 year warrantee, so if your product develops a fault after 21 days and within the remaining guarantee period we will firstly offer you a prompt repair service. If a repair service isn’t available for your product will offer you a suitable replacement.
